End-to-end project management & oversight of internal design team on the production of all environmental deliverables, including onsite video and stage presentation assets

Event consists of main stage presentation, multiple breakouts, VIP dinner, and a welcome/closing reception

And then, 2020

Our challenge was to take this important in-person sales meeting and make it just as valuable virtually. Our goal was to make it not only an easy site to maneuver, but also make it a customizable event for our VIP attendees.

It turned out to be one of the most successful events of the B2B year. The design was sleek and modern. Programming didn’t last longer than 1.5 hours each day. The platform contained all the functionality we had hoped for in making the event customizable, including such functions as: a networking page, customizable agendas, breakout session selection tab and VOD.
