The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (formerly the International Advertising Festival) is a global event for those working in creative communications, advertising, and related fields. It is considered the largest gathering of the advertising and creative communications industry.

And then, 2020
When COVID-19 took over, we were tasked to take the experience of the Cannes festival from the beach to the laptop. What we had learned over the years is that one of the major highlights of the festival is the connections we make on the beach. And now, we had to figure out a way to provide resources and a platform for that community to not only connect, but also share in a unique experience together virtually.
So we created one virtual platform called Digital Neighbors that hosted 15 specialized experiences for our customers + 3 VIP events. These experiences spanned over 4 weeks.
Digital Neighbors - A engagement platform to connect partners with shared passions through expert-led, interactive experiences and curated content. From the site, we asked customers to complete a quiz to find out what they were passionate about. From there, We hosted hundreds of mid-to-senior level brand, agency and publisher partners for 15 curated experiences like a cooking class with Kelis to a plant information class with Plant Kween.
Behind the Curtain - A series of backstage pass experiences with celebrity talent followed by meet & greets for our VIP partners. Experiences featured the following celebs: Sheryl Crow, Ludacris and Magic Johnson.
